Seattle...again!

As you can probably tell, June has been a busy and crazy month for me and my airline. Weather has a bit to do with it, not being properly staffed for the summer travel season, moving our flying to the North East... the list could go on and on.
On my few days off (and Geoff's vacation) we struggled on where we wanted to go. Being totally exhausted and actually getting a few days of real summer (sun, heat, pool weather) we hung out at home for a day and decided to head to Seattle for the rest- to visit his brother and sister in law, and just relax.

On the flight out we actually got to sit next to each other in First Class, which is amazing because there is always a mile long list for upgrades. I got the window seat and had a fantastic view of Mt. Rainier coming into Seattle.

We went to the Outlet Malls and I splurged on a new summer purse... it's a very cute Coach, and I got a fantastic deal on it. :)

We headed to Alki Beach on the warmest of the days there and walked around. It's a real cool area, and there are so many places for rent around... I would love to live around here!

We hit up a Mariners game. My parents met when they both worked for the Cincinnati Reds so we grew up a baseball family! Each year on our vacations, we would try and get in a game or two in a new stadium... so I got to add in another to the list... I'm somewhere around 20. :)

Joe suggested that we check out Redhook Brewery. We headed there for lunch and then went on the Brewery tour (which was only $1 and we got to try 5 beers and got to keep our little glass... very cool!) Too bad Millie was working, but she got to meet up with us just in time to watch Transformers 2, which was pretty entertaining.

It was a fun few days... I love how each time we come we always get to do a few different things around Seattle. If you haven't been, I highly suggest that you check it out!
